Client will crash each time i hit my Inventory Button for my Hextech loot

its a bit embarrassing that my client crashes when i click my inventory button to see my hextech stuff while im in a premade group of friends

after each game when i earn a key fragment/chest i click my inventory to see my stash but then my client basically closes itself out and then when i reopen it again it prompts with the message "an instance of this program is already running, would you like to terminate it?" as if its still running. id have select yes and then log back in JUST to see my hextech inventory, which is pretty damn annoying.

is there anyone this can be looked into and possible fixed?
