afk or just DC

you get shit on no matter the reason even if your own lol progam crashes riot blames the user then adds 20 min to queue. afk does suck but there can be many other reasons for a DC. the fact that riot blames us no matter the reason this is why I wont spend money on skins or anything else. riot needs to find a better way to find out the difference between DC or AFK that is intentional until then your heavy handed rules make the game suck. Work on that instead of spending so much time on new champs or skins.

If your internet is bad, and you DC often, you're still hurting your team's chance of winning. If it happens so often that you're at a 20 minute low priority queue, you must DC a lot.
