[GAMEPLAY] Yorick -Ult does not spawn a ghost but still goes on cooldown.

On Yorick, when you ult a target right as they're about to die the ult goes on cooldown but does not spawn a ghost nor revives the ulted player. The ult appears as expended to everyone on the team but the ulted player.

1. Ult a target when an auto-attack that would kill them is traveling to them
2. The target does not respawn as a ghost.
3. The ult is expended anyway and goes on cooldown.

I've tried it in a custom game and had it bugging again on the 2nd try. The ult goes on cooldown but nothing happens, and the ulted players see that I still have my ult available despite it being on cooldown.
