Freeze in game, freeze in champ select, freeze when loading in.

League was running fine up until i patched. Played a few games after it patched and during those games I froze for a good 45+ seconds. Wouldn't let me alt tab out, or ctrl alt del. I had to restart pc and stil having the same problem. PLS SEND HAAAAALP.
