[CLIENT] Sudden Ranked Queue Dodge When 30 Seconds Still On Timer

I don't know what caused this issue, but I was last pick on my team and about 5 seconds after the enemy team finished picking their champions, I got booted out of the queue with a dodge message. I have no idea how this bug was produced, but I've never dodged a ranked game before and this issue seems very serious.

That just means you had a lag spike and the timers became incorrect.
