I start the q and after a while it will get stuck at someone picking their champ and then tells me everyone left and im still sitting there at someones champ and their timer at zero...so i exit out of the launcher and i have a penalty because i "left a q early" even though it glitched and wasnt my fault....

I would be waiting to pick a champ. so i would be on my internet browser and tab back to my client and it would wait for the person to pick their champ still with their counter at 0. while this happened i was talking with my friend and he said i had 15 secs to pick my champ even though it was someone else's turn to pick on my screen i would see everyone else leave the chat but im stuck in champ select. so the only thing i could do is exit client but that gives me a penalty...
