i bought ice king twitch skin border + icon for 200 snowdown tokens (2018/19) and i only got the icon RIOT wher is my skin border i only want the skin not the icon i hawe enough of them

How do you know you didn't get the skin border? Does it show up on the Skin Collections tab picture?

Did you use the skin yet? It only shows when you use the skin. You might need to use the chroma aswell but im not 100% sure there.
