didnt get my skin border

i bought ice king twitch skin border + icon for 200 snowdown tokens (2018/19) and i only got the icon RIOT wher is my skin border i only want the skin not the icon i hawe enough of them

How do you know you didn't get the skin border? Does it show up on the Skin Collections tab picture?

Okay, do something for me, go to your collections tab, click on the skins tab and find the skin. They added a feature where any skins you own that have borders will show up with the border. If the skin doesn't have a border in that picture, you need to check and make sure you have the icon.

Also, go to the Store, in the top right corner click on account then on the left click on Purchase History. Everything you buy or get through hextech crafting will show up on this list. The icon/border set purchased with Snow down tokens shows up as an Icon purchase, with the description saying Ice King Twitch Icon + Border, Amount- 0, Currency- RP and non-refundable.

If you have that listed in your purchase history and you don't have the Border on the skin tab picture. Then you need to go to support to have them fix it, there's nothing we can do here.

I have the same problem as him 2019 champion ship zed + borders i bay with 300 points

You bought the championship zed stuff from this years event? That's just the gold icon and chroma, it doesn't include the border or it's icon, the border is usually only available during the event in the year they're released. So this year you can get the championship ryze border but not any of the other championship skin borders.

You can pick up the border BEFORE you buy the skin it goes with. For example I got the Splendid Staff Nami icon/border this year, but I don't own the skin yet. When I do buy the skin (probably when it goes on sale) I'll have the border already. I know this works because I did it with the Winter Wonderland Neeko skin last year.
