Kayn Wont Change form Bug

i unlocked my shadow form at about 10 minutes went back to base, But couldn't change form so i waited till i had the choice of both darkin and shadow and still couldn't change form i restarted my client to find that i didnt have an option to change form at all and was left with the normal kayn icon please fix rito as it left me completely useless for the rest of the game.

I just now experienced this bug in a custom game with a friend of mine, I got the ability to change into assassin but I wanted to try out Darkin form. As soon as I got the ability to transform into him, I went to base only to find out after spamming left click on the Darkin form, that I couldn't even go assassin. I restarted my game to get the exact thing that you ended up with. Kayn
