AP champs not dealing 40% of AP to inhibitor
All AP champs are only doing their attack damage to inhibitor not the extra 40% they are suppose to.

this is seriously the biggest bug out. please fix this as soon as possible. it should not take a full build teemo 45 attacks to kill an inhibitor.
