Random slowing on ARAM?

I was playing a ARAM with a couple of my friend as blitz crank and I noticed that on my screen I see my champion getting slowed. It happened gradually as the game progressed and what made me baffled above all things is that I did not know who was slowing me because when the slows occurred no one was around me not even my teammates
