Draft Pick(ranked) Bug?

- I played draft pick(ranked), it's my turn to ban or pick but it's no responding, and I have to dodge. When I login again( come back), I got the dodge penalize and lost my ranked promotion. It has happened four times, I feel so bad and it seriously affect me. Please help me to solve this BUG. I took photos when game is not responding.
