Error adding Unchained Alistair to Account [Website]

I have been subscribed to the League of Legends channel for a while and on multiple occasions have tried to unlock my free Unchained Alistair skin, but the error depicted in the picture I have attached keeps coming up.

yeah, been broken forever, they dont bother to fix.

Write a support ticket and they'll do it manually.
