[CLIENT] Ready Check instant decline

So I don't know how to perfectly reproduce this but it happens pretty often, I got this like 4 times with in 2-3 hours. Basically I am currently in a 20 minute leave queue because I'm toxic and what happened is I finish my 20 minute queue then the Ready Check pops up and I click accept. It waits showing that I fully clicked accept and that it is fully working(the Circle bar isn't going down. I know I pressed accept and not decline then it says, NefarioussDarius has declined Ready Check. I 100% know I pressed Accept and nothing else went on weird or what but it keeps resetting my queue dodge timer and it is really just making life so much more difficult. I haven't found a way around this, it just keeps happening pretty randomly but I keep looking for why or what causes this and how to prevent it.
