Neeko needs to be disabled cause of me

Bruh come on, who let this out of PBE. Cool that im gonna be the cause of a champ disable tho. But for the report i had no magic resist or armor, 560 movespeed, 25%crit, 2.50 attack speed, about 400 max hp. I could only w and use summoners. Didnt have mana and was useless cause i just ran around. Everyone could see it in-game and the enemies could 2 shot me.
