Alright, so here's the thing. Yesterday, I "bought" Kindred. I now have 14 IP points and I don't actually have Kindred. I tried relogging, I even uninstalled it. Nothing. I have wasted all my IP points on a bug

Submit a ticket to riot at https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us. Also, everything on the league of legends client is serverside. Uninstalling the game would be a complete waste of time with 0% chance to do anything.

Edit: I see now that you are from EUNE so instead click the support button on the top of your screen on the slightly left side of the middle.
