Skill Leveling Indicator Bug

When leveling a skill it is possible to get the up arrow stuck on screen above the skill even when there are no skill level ups remaining.

• Type of Bug: HUD error

• Description: The up arrow box above QWER gets stuck above one of the skills, sometimes blocking the status effects

• Steps To Reproduce: Start any game in any mode. When going to level a skill, left click and hold the up arrow for leveling that appears above a skill. Keep holding down on the arrow, while keying in another ability to skill up (Ctrl + any of Q, W, E, or R). The skill that was keyed in will be the one leveled up, but the up arrow will get stuck above the ability that was originally clicked and held on until the player levels up.

• Expected Result: The ability that was keyed in should be leveled like it properly is, but the up arrow on the originally clicked on ability should disappear with the rest of the arrow.

• Observed Result: The arrow of the originally clicked on ability stays above that ability.
