devour loses attack speed when health pots are used (in game bug)

while using regular devour (not stated) and either walking around or in combat, you lose your attack speed buff that devour gives you and you go back to your base attack speed (unless you have other attack speed items) when you use a health potion even tho you have devour. when you use a health pot and you have the ghost wolf following you, the wolf disappears for a short amount of time (3-7 seconds) and that when you lose the attack speed and when the wolf reappears then you get the attack speed back, I have died twice to a camp because I use a pot at last minute and it kills me because my damage was dramatically reduced (1.00+ -----> .6-.8) and I die. I have tested it and it is definitely the potion and bugs with all champs who buy the devour, if any of you have this problem also then up-vote so riot can fix it thank you!!!! :)
