Client

I had potentially the weirdest client bug ever. As the game was loading I noticed all the summoners were at 0% for quite a while so I decided to restart the client to see if it would begin to load correctly. Instead as i closed out the client Summoners Rift background music began to play and i could hear chat and the announcer but on my laptop there was no client open. When i booted the client the "game is still in progess" message was open but it did not give me the option to re-enter the match. I recorded the bug with my phone but do not know how to submit it here.
