There are TOO many files

There are too many files I don't know what caused this but, the first time i tried updating to 6.3 it worked and midway or so i closed it because i was doing some stuff. (now it's over 8000)

This patch they changed the way that the game stores a lot of champion data, so there are a lot more files than normal.
