Jhin reloading prematurely

Watch the timer in the lower left corner of the video, right above the champion portrait.

I have no idea what's causing this but it's been there for over a year now.

I have used the bug report form, informed the support and posted both in /r/leagueoflegends and /r/JhinMains.

Steps for reproduction are unknown, the bug appears once every few games for me.

This is actually rather serious since it massively shortens the window for your fourth shot, meaning you potentially lose out on a lot of bonus damage.
