[CLIENT] Frustrating Bug - stuck on "accept/decline match" screen. Forces queue dodge and penalties.

When attempting to join solo/duo or flex ranked queue on patch 9.22 and 9.23 I have encountered this bug at least once a day.

1. Queue pops
2. Choose accept or decline
3. Accept
4. Client "Freezes" or essentially becomes unresponsive ---4a. Oddly enough I can still push the accept and decline buttons, and witness all champ select chat.
5. Forces me to abandon the game, and the client is still frozen until I must Alt+f4 the client (or use task manager)
6. Upon re-entering the game client, I'm met with a dodge timer and any of the other usual penalties for dodging a game.

Hopefully the video expresses how this looks, I started the recording after the bug was already happening. I was not able to catch the moment before.
