[Gameplay] Lee R+ second Q through wall visual glitch

Unsure how it interacts with other than nocture, but in the blue team redside jg, thick wall next to golems (coming from red down), I hit q, r, took q. Q kept me still and then I was suddenly down 2/3 hp and in golems where I kicked nocturne.

Wall has been linked. Its really weird. Plz fix if it is a bug
