Leaverbusters for games i couldnt connect to

Today i ve experienced an issue that last happened to me a month ago or smth like that. I logged on and finally joined a queue (it was a ranked game). When the time at the top of the screen finished i didnt get into the loading screen,instead i went in a buggy client that had no buttons . There was no recconect buttons so i couldnt try to rejoin the match . I got a leaverbuster and I m seriously thinking to give up playing league because all of the problems it has in the client (and the game itself). Why is this allowed considering it isnt my fault the game went crazy?
