Client broken after account migration

I recently moved my account from NA to EUW, the client was fine pre-migration however, after logging onto EUW with my account, my summoner name only shows up as 'M' to some people (But they are unable to invite me to a game if they do it from the recommended players.) Other issues are: No champions showing up (on champion page not champion select), Items menu has all item names in one area stacked, match history does not exist, spells page only shows clarity, and the shop page only shows 1 skin with super enlargement.

I really hope i can get this fixed as it is frustrating to see.
