[CLIENT] Queue will go on forever without finding a game until it's reset

I encounter a very common bug where my queue will just keep searching without ever finding a game unless I restart the search. I'm low elo, yet often have times where I'll be in queue for 20 mins and no game is found. If I restart it, a game will be found within the standard time range. Sometimes I get this bug back to back which can be incredibly annoying.

This bug has been occurring since the launch of dynamic queue. I've heard many other players mention they also have the same bug. It occurs in problem 1 out of 4 of my queues. This should be a top priority to fix. I have nights where I'll spend 30 mins in queue between games (at low elo) because of this bug, and people not accepting queues/draft dodgers/people not locking in picks.

I hope Riot will do something about this.
