https rads error

hello, i have the "could not connect to the https server." error, tried sooo many ways to try and fix my LOL client and nothing works. Yesterday i played and everything was ok, but today when i opened my LOL client it sayed that i am offline and i cant log in, so i tried to reinstal my LOL and now this, please help.
