General nocturne animation

Its been a few months since nocturne skin got updated and now the black shadow trail (nocturne lower body) is terrible. The animation does not FIT the movement in every angle and its really "pixelated". The animation of that trail really need a rework. It feels pretty cheap.

Needs to be more blurry,larger and a bit longer from my point of view.I am kinda surprise nobody dint notice how poorly it was made. please fix noc animation.
