New Patch a new list of bugs

Everytime I update to the new patch, i get a new bug. It always affects my game play. tries to reconnect even though my internet is fine and i can report the bug while the game is still reconnecting. This time round i cant select or ban champs. so i get a queue dodge timer. Im getting really sick of the glitches everytime i update to a new patch, it never gets fixed and a new patch will be released and i get a whole new bug. Am i the only one that has these troubles??? going crazy here!
