Karma and the new coin quest... (GAME PLAY)

I experienced an issue with leveling up my karma ult after achieving the quest connected to the new medallion/coin item. Once I complete the quest before level 11, usually around level 8-9, I can no longer scale up karma ult. Meaning that she can only have 2 points in her ult, as opposed to 3 at level 11, her being the only champion that can have that many at level 11. At level 18, she can only have 3 points placed in her ULT as opposed to 4 points. This bug has occurred every time I bought coin on karma. How to re-enact it:

1. Pick Karma...on any map that you can use coin (easier on the training) 2)Get Coin item and upgrade it, then finish its quest (get to level 10/11)
2. Try to rank up your ult once you get to level 11...(It doesn't let you)
3. Once you hit level 18, you missing a point in ult...3/4 points are possible to have.
