Remnant of the Watchers Stopped working

Just played a game where Remnant stopped giving gold and the quest was frozen at 276. But about 30 min into the game, it started slowly going up, but no where near where it was supposed to be. I was playing teemo top, and should have easily finished the quest. This has only been occurring since the 8.5 patch.
