Cannot open the game after new update 2019-04-17 19:00 north-america

so after a short update in north america 2019-04-17 19:00 the game just stops opening, i try and click and the L.o.L logo appears for a second and closes again, so i wait for the game to start and it doesn't, try again in vain few times and wait in between, still nothing untill it FINALLY opens but the whole League interface is just blue, no music, no image, just one big blue page, never happened before, my pc is a strong pc and has alot of memory, also just checker my internet and tested it by opening browers and it worked perfectly, had to close the game by using task manager, it was just frozen there and wouldn't go,

HELP
