Cannot accept game ques after waiting in the TWENTY MINUTE lower priority

This has happened twice so far. I wait my 20 minutes in the lower priority que and after the twenty minutes are up, I hear the sound of a game found almost instantly. After about 1 second it says it kicked me from that game for not accepting in time so that I have to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes. Considering making another account or finding a new game. I hate having to wait 40 minutes for a game.
