Can't play a match in PBE because the system won't let me accept even I clicked Accept.

Is this a bug or something? I can't go in a match because the client won't let me Accept even if I clicked Accept. After many times this happened rito gave me a dodge penalty. "LOL?" Its not even Intentional.
