Game Doesnt Load Past Champ Select, Reconnect button broken.

So...It's been a while since I had a chance to play some league, so I thought I would give it a try. But league client says to me no sir. NO SIR EY NO SIR....

And yeah, here I am. Everything up to champ select worked perfectly fine for me, no problems. But once it's time for the game to load, I get the reconnect button right away. Did Riot add a system that automatically boots bad players or are more of you having this issue.

Attempted Reconnecting, and reopening client 20 + times and changing internet connection, proxy, and firewall settings to no avail. Riot please hold my hand on this one.
