Store Stuck wont load at all Kinda REALLY annoying.

Ight So ive been trying to get my store to work for the past hour, here is what i have done to try to fix said problem

1. Log out and Log in
2. Restart Comp.
3. Repair League
4. Re-Install League
5. Enable ALL THE COOKIE in any browser
6. Made sure i have TLS 1.0 - 1.1 - 1.2
7. Flipped a Table.

if theirs anything im missing please let me know this has been going on since the new update that added the Chroma backs and the new Jayce Skin.
