Creating mastery page in ranked (error and forced to dodge)

This was completely out of my control and it forced me to dodge because I wasn't going into a match with no keystone. The worst part of this is I am gonna be penalized for saving myself and my team by dodging, this is ridiculous EDIT: I tried resetting the page, I tried deleting the page, I tried switching pages, I tried saving it but this error was the only thing coming up.
