Lvl 2 bug with Gnar

I had a a problem with Gnar i was lvl 2 and had my 3 spells and could activate three of them i dont know why but i know its isnt normal so ive got the proof of it by screen shot so riot games conntact me. PLz fix this cz its a little bit op if it happens to other people. [zombie-brand-mindblown]
