Yorick Ghost Hit Box/Unable to AA

I have played a couple games against Yorick recently and it felt like something was off. I just finished playing against him as a marksman and it became apparent what the problem was. The hitbox on his ghosts is acting odd. It will not let you auto-attack them and instead will register the click as a movement. This makes dealing with the ghosts very difficult since you cannot kill them which is the only way to deal with Yorick.
