Health and Mana bars not showing colored status in the status bar

I was playing a round of bots with friends so they can get their win of the day and I noticed halfway through the match that the colors for my health and mana were missing from the status bar. In the picture you can clearly see where my health and mana are at above my character and the numerical amount on the status bar itself but the colored amount on the status bar is missing. I'm not sure what had caused it to go missing but I wanted to report that this does exist and it could have a major impact if you can't see an amount on the status bar.
