[Gameplay] Zyra Ult Interrupted goes on Full CD?

Multiple times during multiple games now, I'll ult as Zyra but my ult animation never goes off and my ult will go on full CD when it's been stopped/interrupted by death (usually?). Is this what's supposed to happen? I thought if an ult was interrupted it went on less of a CD.
