Hey everyone i have a problem..

Everytime i try and start a game, my game crashes right before the loading screen pops up. I get bugsplat.

I can navigate around the client. I can choose my champion and everything, but right before the loading screen starts, i get bug splat.

Ive tried everything, I've tried reinstalling, hextech repair tool, repair from client screen, reboot my computer, update my computer/directx

PLEASE HELP. I have Window 10.

Same here and because i'm not getting the crash until after champion selection and the loading screen starts (well suppose to start) i'm also now in low-priority Qs with a 20min timer. Something tells me it was something with the small patch that released 2 days ago. [slayer-jinx-unamused]

The good news is that I was having this issue(it has started again with patch 6.24) and I found a fix that worked for me last time. Go to the save folder Riot Games(or whatever you may have renamed it if you have), then League of Legends, Then Config. Use notepad to open the file "Game". IN there there will be a couple of lines dedicated to screen resolution. Make sure that it matches the one you have selected for your monitor.

The bad news: this latest patch(6.24) has caused the problem with my pc and this solution does not work for me anymore. Hope it fixes your issues. And If not I will post the next fix that I find.

Does this still happen to people? Its been happening to me for about 3 weeks now. Been in contact with Riot Support for that long and nothing seems to work. When this happens to me i get Bug Splatted and then the game tells me it needs to repair some files which takes about 10 minutes. Im on Alpha so it is able to repair files right from the client, but on Legacy i have to restart the client and repair the files from the start screen.
