Weird Client bug affects friends in game match length

For the past year my client displays any of my friends matches as extremely long, most of their games even if they just started them are displayed to me as 60-100 minutes. I have reported this bug i believe 3 times now and i havent received any feedback about it from riot, i was wondering if anyone else in the community has seen this as well?
