I had 3773 BE since last patch i got two champions for 1260 and now im 6293 In my first win of the day i haven't been getting anything. In my match history and end game they only show me getting exp and it says im still getting 575 instead of 400 and 50 BE Come on, man...

miniquandt1 votesI was just as confused as you. I thought it was released like you, but when I saw it on the PBE i assumed that Riot messed up wording on the patch notes. Its not the first time and wont be the last.
Personally I don't care either way. I would much rather have the old system so this change doesn't matter to me.
I am just assuming that they are testing it on the PBE first just to ensure that nothing goes horribly wrong.
