Snowday Malzahar skin visual issues

When someone is slowed, they turn icy white correct? But the issue lies that when a player buys rylais on malzahar snowday skin, and presses E, it's hard to know if they have the E on them or not because they are just icy-white - the same color as his E space aids.

Please make some visual distinguishes to help make me want to continue using this skin.

There is a clear difference is particle affects, one encases the enemy in a white layer, the other bubbles outward with blue tints, you just need to raise your graphics setting so everything white isnt just pure white [slayer-jinx-unamused]
