[Gameplay] Soraka's Ultimate

Hey guys, so I'm a Soraka main and recently hit 500,000 mastery points so I'm pretty familiar with the 'ins and outs' of this champion.

A few patches ago I started noticing two issues concerning Soraka's R, Wish. The first bug is easily reproducible and I believe it's something related to the sound file associated with this ability and the code used to play it. When I have ulted for someone in another lane (the sound will play), I will move my camera to see them - when I return my camera to Soraka the sound is then played again and I can repeat this at least four or five times.

The second one started around the same time (maybe something happened during the W cooldown nerf patch?) - I noticed that occasionally in a teamfight if I was to ult and then die, some kills achieved by my team would not grant me an assist if they were only about 3-5 seconds after I ulted, and some kills would grant me an assist during and after that period. This one might be a bit difficult to reproduce because it requires that you die shortly after ulting however I have noticed it in other occasions without Soraka dying (but not as frequently). A little irritating. I had a friend watch a few games I had played and he noticed as well that the assist timer for her ultimate did seem a little off sporadically.

If anyone has any feedback or if anyone has experienced something similar that'd be helpful to know, as it would indicate that I might just need to repair the client? (I have tried this already, but not sure if it would help). Thanks all!
