Hourglass bug w/ Zilean Ult

Hourglass went off while I (Vlad) was resurrecting from the zilean ult, in game couldn't see it go off, cooldown was just consumed afterwards. Was extremely confused by this, figured id post it here to see if you guys knew about this.
