league of legends account are now riot accounts, can't change username

I was asked to change my username, but it doesn't work, I followed the website it just keep asking me password and security code. [slayer-jinx-unamused] . Btw, I didn't recieve the email that say I need to change my username, and suddenly I can't do anything today.
