Snowdown Shop - Sun Goddess Karma, Error?

In the shop, I got an 30% discount on Sun Goddess Karma - a skin I really hoped to get through mystery boxes initially (and I bought a lot of them).

Imagine my sadness when I got this an error, telling me to try again. Here's the screenshot of my pvp.client: http://imageshack.com/a/img633/3008/bsbNQp.png

I would like to ask whether is it just a bug that needs solving, or are skins, which are currently unavailable, unbuyable via showdown shop?

Because I reeeeeaaaaly want this skin. Though I was more hoping for Vandal Vladimir to pop up.

I don't know if it's the same for your server but both of the skins you want go on sale this month in a Snowstorm Sale

Sun goddess Karma should be on 50% sale right now (17th december) on the shop. You are getting robbed if you buy her with 30% price reduction. Maybe the system won't let you buy it during the 50% sale.

Vandal Vladimir is on 50% sale during december 19th.
