Cannot mark myself away [Client]

I right click the green dot to mark myself away, it for a flash of a second turns red then immediately goes back to green. Did i do something wrong? Did i make this happen? Does anyone else experience this? What is the honest reasoning for this? This is the problem with upgrading, it creates frame rate drops and problems like this at what cost? Eye candy? Other games similar did not do this. Whatever or whoever is responsible for this will go unpunished and just perpetuate this problem. Reminds me of success and how it goes to your head, executive coke heads in Hollywood doing unspeakable things and producing horrible movies as other places make better. This is what league feels like now.

I suppose i could try to fix/reproduce the problem on my end but again, im not so sure i caused any of this, fresh computer, fresh install. You folks should be aware.
