Loading bug frequently occurring

I have had a variety of loading bugs come up as of last patch that prevent me from out right playing the game, such as the black screen bug that takes priority over almost everything, critical error, and being unable to connect to the server. These aren't one-off things either; they happen very frequently, ranging from consecutive games to five game intervals.

It's ridiculous that this is even a thing, as you'd think this kind of stuff would warrant a hot-fix of some sort, especially when you consider that they literally prevent you from playing. However, these bugs that should've been seen as a high priority are still present in the game 1 week later, giving me the impression that nothing is really being done to resolve them.

Fortunately I don't play as much as I used to, as this kind of stuff would completely kill my mood for the game (which it already does when playing with friends), especially when being put in a "competitive" ranked environment. I'm not sure what Riot are playing at, but this is completely unacceptable for most game standards, let alone one being developed by such an established company.
